Do You Have a Debt?

DebtPayable provides a wide range of Debt Recovery services which include a Credit Reporting and Listing service to our Members.

To find out whether or not you have a debt listed with us and the details of that debt, we require you to provide proof of your identity. We have strict guidelines in place to protect the privacy of your personal information. Before releasing this information we ask that you provide to us in writing the following details:

• Full Name
• Any Previous Names/Aliases
• Date of Birth
• Current Residential Address
• Previous Addresses
• Your Signature

Once your details have been confirmed and a matching Listing exists, DebtPayable will then provide details of the Listing to you and advise our client that contact has been made. Either one of our staff members or our client will then follow the matter up with you.

Where DebtPayable is not authorised by the client to provide you with details of the Listing, we will pass your request onto the client who will then contact you directly.

Individuals have a right to query and dispute any Listings and may apply in writing to correct any Listing that they believe to be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Where a Listing is queried, DebtPayable will investigate and where appropriate make any necessary amendments.

A Listing will be removed, or suppressed, from our Credit Reporting website once the debt is paid in full, or an acceptable payment arrangement is entered into. Removal, or suppression, of the Listing from our Credit Reporting website will improve your ability to obtain credit in the future.

Should any payment arrangement not be adhered to, the Listing will be re-instated immediately.
